Our 2014 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has wonderful notes of candied black cherry, blueberry, vanilla, cedar, nutmeg and clove. The mouthfeel is silky yet very serious. Bright juicy cherry and blueberry envelope the soft, round tannins and focus all of the flavors of vanilla, cedar and exotic spices across the palate.

This rugged hillside fruit is combined with the most delicate and refined barrel from Radoux Cooperage; being aged three years on medium toasted wood was instrumental with the wines bouquet.
Younger wines, decant 1 hour as this helps open up the wines aromatic profile. For older wines, decant 10 minutes and the decanter will help keep away any natural sediment from entering the wine glass. We recommend a traditional Bordeau style decanter with a large open base and narrow, fluted spout.
