90% Cabernet Sauvignon, picked at 32 brix and shut down with a residual suger of 8% and blended with 10% Petite Sirah. A brambly bowl of ripe cassis, chocolate and exotic spice. On the palate is rich caramel and butterscotch, beautifully structured core of firm tannins enveloped in a silky finish.
